Interface with drivers and analysis of operational data BBM Logística is looking for a Logistics Assistant to perform operational transportation routines, supporting control and monitoring of operations. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the logistics field, this opportunity may be ideal for you! **Responsibilities:** * Support in operational transportation routines * Issuance of documents (CT-e, MDF-e, and other logistics documents) * Cargo monitoring and trip tracking * Support in risk management (monitoring and resolution) * System updates and control of operational information * Interface with drivers and operational teams * Support in operational data and KPI analysis **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience in transportation/logistics routines * Operational profile with aptitude for data analysis * Organization and attention to detail * Experience in document issuance is a plus * Knowledge of monitoring and risk management is considered a plus **Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2.512,00 * Transportation allowance * On-site meal benefit * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Telemedicine (Dr. BBM) * Free parking Availability to work during the following shifts: * 10:00 PM to 5:56 AM – Monday to Friday * 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM – Sunday to Friday * 10:00 PM to 5:56 AM – Sunday to Friday Compensation: R$2.512,00 per month Education: * Completed high school (Mandatory) Experience: * Microsoft Excel (Mandatory) Work location: Hybrid remote work for Jundiaí, SP
