Resolve incidents calmly and with a solution-oriented focus ️ JOB: KITCHEN COORDINATOR La Cantina Restaurant – Santo André Work Days and Hours * Tuesday to Sunday * Lunch: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM * Dinner: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM * Sunday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Compensation and Benefits * Salary (minimum wage): R$ 2\.368,98 * Transportation allowance * On-site meals Job Objective * Coordinate all kitchen operations, ensuring quality, organization, compliance with sanitary regulations, inventory control, and a productive and healthy work environment. ‍Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the kitchen team * Ensure quality, taste, presentation, and plating standards of dishes * Monitor food preparation time and order flow * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations * Manage inventory, expiration dates, storage, and restocking of supplies * Reduce waste and rework * Facilitate communication between kitchen and dining room * Resolve incidents calmly and with a solution-oriented focus Desired Professional Profile * Female candidate * Proven experience in professional kitchens * Leadership experience managing teams * Organized, disciplined, and responsible * Clear communication skills and ethical conduct * Emotional control under pressure * Good physical condition for demanding daily routines * Consistent professional history and references Employment Model * Trial contract of 60 days * Possible extension for an additional 30 days * Permanent hiring based on performance, conduct, and results Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
