Job Summary: Assist in food pre-preparation and finalization, following quality standards, managing inventory, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Food product inventory management Assist in food pre\-preparation and finalization, observing cooking methods and quality standards; Prepare food according to established quality standards and rigor as stipulated by the regulations of the relevant authorities; Select food products while paying attention to freshness and conditions for serving and storage of food in appropriate locations, and avoid waste; Assist in managing product inventory; Handle kitchen utensils; Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishware and other utensils. **REQUIREMENTS –** Experience in kitchen operations Completed high school education. **ESSENTIAL** Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. **PREFERRED** Culinary arts education; Non-degree culinary courses and/or specialization in the field. **NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE** Planning; Organization; Creativity; Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.654,39 \- R$1\.947,87 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
