If you have an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and client-facing experience, this opportunity may be ideal for you. **Responsibilities** * Support management in the relationship and service of the company's key accounts * Identify growth opportunities and new business with customers * Conduct negotiations with customers' procurement departments and interface with operations * Monitor KPIs and analyze account performance * Ensure alignment between customer needs and solutions offered by the company * Drive customer retention and satisfaction, strengthening commercial relationships * Collaborate with internal departments such as Operations, Pricing, Finance, Projects, and Customer Success (CS) * Support resolution of daily requests and operational matters * Contribute to the development of new operations and business expansion **Requirements:** * Reside in the Jundiaí/SP region * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Administration, Logistics, or related fields) * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Experience in customer service, preferably with key accounts (Key Accounts) * Experience analyzing performance indicators and tracking results * Analytical profile and business-oriented mindset **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance: BRL 35.00 per day * 100% free telemedicine * UNIMED health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan Salary: BRL 4,366.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's degree in progress or incomplete (Mandatory) Experience: * Key Account (Mandatory) * Commercial (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Jundiaí, SP
