Job Summary: Responsible for customer service, environment organization, cleaning, and kitchen support, following established quality and service standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attending to customer orders in the restaurant and room service. 2. Assisting in the organization and replenishment of buffets. 3. Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the environment and utensils. Job Description: * Attend to customer orders in the restaurant and/or room service, presenting menus, taking orders, and serving food and beverages; * Assist in organizing and replenishing self\-service buffets; * Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and restaurant equipment; * Deliver used utensils to washing areas; * Follow unit\-established procedures and service standards under the guidance of the Full\-Fledged Waiter and leadership; * Perform tasks in accordance with established quality and service standards, under supervision of the Full\-Fledged Waiter and area leadership; * Assist the kitchen, when requested, with supporting activities such as delivering and washing utensils; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure training for the area, delivered via EAD, in person, or as directed by management.
