**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:18 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT We are seeking a Junior Risk Analyst to join our Compliance area, supporting the identification, analysis, assessment, and monitoring of institutional risks. This professional will play a key role in supporting the risk management framework, directly contributing to strengthening internal controls, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of corporate governance. This position is ideal for individuals at the beginning of their careers who wish to develop solid expertise in risk management and gain exposure to various risk categories, including credit, operational, market, and liquidity risks. The analyst will work under team guidance, participating in data organization and analysis, preparation of management reports, monitoring of indicators, and support in implementing methodologies and policies of the area. Key Responsibilities * Support risk identification and classification (credit, operational, market, liquidity, among others); * Assist in preparing periodic risk reports; * Contribute to monitoring risk indicators and limits; * Organize data and controls for area analyses; * Support implementation and monitoring of risk measurement methodologies; * Ensure updates to databases and information used in risk processes; **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; Proven experience in related areas (risk, audit, internal controls, finance, or similar); **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Meal allowance, Food allowance, Transportation allowance
