JUNIOR IMPORT ANALYST

Description

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with emphasis on International Trade, International Trade, or International Relations. Currently pursuing or completed additional coursework (e.g., postgraduate studies, MBAs, etc.). RESPONSIBILITIES: Verification, control, and archiving of documentation related to import processes. Monitoring of import processes. Issuance of import invoices. Issuance of inter-branch transfer invoices. Issuance of purchase orders, transfer orders, and import orders. Communication with customs brokers, suppliers, and logistics carriers. Recording and control of provisions for import-related expenses. Foreign exchange closing related to import payments.
