Description
**Summary of main responsibilities:**
* Comply with the employment contract, adhering to institutional guidelines, policies, regulations, methodologies, and protocols;
* Monitor rehearsals, concerts, master\-classes, workshops, and other activities of the Institution, both at the Santa Marcelina Cultura headquarters and at external venues when required;
* Establish direct contact with musicians and suppliers involved in the event under production;
* Plan, develop, and disseminate event-related schedules;
* Request services and/or goods to support events;
* Receive invoices from suppliers of goods and services contracted for the event, verify them, and forward them for payment;
* Verify the availability of instruments and equipment for the execution of the Institution’s events and activities, and request their rental from the Procurement Department when necessary;
* Be responsible for organizing and preserving the environment, infrastructure, materials, and equipment, respecting current control routines and procedures;
* Safeguard the professional image projected and respect the Institution’s identity, mission, vision, and values;
* Perform other related tasks as determined by the Immediate Leadership.
**Additional requirements for external candidates:**
* Minimum of 6 months’ experience in this role or a similar position, with documentation (e.g., CTPS registration or termination document specifying position and dates).
**The selection process will consist of 3 stages, each being eliminatory:**
1\. Resume analysis;
2\. Interview with Strategic People Management, writing test, and English proficiency test;
3\. Interview with Leadership;
