This professional works under supervision, learning and developing skills for future career opportunities. **Requirement:** * Be between 16 and 21 years old **Working Hours** * Morning shift: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Afternoon shift: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM **Administrative Activities** * Assist with document filing and telephone reception * Organize documents and materials within the assigned area * Use management tools to update controls, enter information, and handle incidents * Support office supply and inventory control **Project and Event Support** * Provide support for ongoing projects within the department * Assist in organizing internal and external company events * Perform other related tasks as needed or directed by supervisors **Learning and Development** * Participate in training and development programs offered by the company * Learn about processes and procedures to continuously improve performance * Collaborate with other departments under supervision **Behavior and Professional Demeanor** * Demonstrate proactivity, courtesy, and willingness to learn * Maintain ethics, confidentiality, and best practices in the workplace * Continuously pursue personal and professional development
