Job Summary:
Provide supportive, assistive, and compassionate guidance to bereaved families, conduct sales of plans and services, and ensure comprehensive, agile, and humanized multichannel service.

**Main Responsibilities:**
* **Support for Families in Cases of Death:** provide supportive, assistive, and compassionate guidance to bereaved families, ensuring emotional and practical support throughout the process.
* **Sales of Plans and Services:** present and sell the company's plans, coverages, and services, performing **registration of new members** and issuing contracts.
* **Guidance on Plans and Contractual Coverages:** clarify questions regarding existing plans, contracted coverages, and administrative procedures.
* **Multichannel Service:** provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp support, ensuring comprehensive, agile, and humanized service.
* **Administrative Follow-up:** manage processes related to reimbursements for Funeral Homes and other administrative requests, ensuring proper progress of procedures.
* **General Administrative Support:** assist with documentation, recordkeeping, file organization, and administrative routines, contributing to the company's smooth operation.
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma.
* Verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, patience, and compassion.
* Proficiency in communication tools (telephone, e\-mail, instant messaging) and Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation: R$1\.900,00 \- R$1\.906,80 per month
