Propose technological improvements to the systems. Monitor the execution of good system development practices. Anticipate opportunities and problems, being agile with speed and efficiency, developing solutions in a preventive manner; Assist in guiding newer developers and contribute to project decision-making; Execute system maintenance, making possible changes to meet user needs; **Requirements:** Experience in Java. Knowledge and experience in Spring Boot. Familiarity with microservices. Skill in API and MQ management. Experience with MongoDB.
