Outbound Internship (MORNING SHIFT)

If you enjoy talking to people, researching companies, and want to take your first steps in the commercial area of a technology company, this opportunity may be for you! We are looking for students interested in learning about customer prospecting, B2B sales, and generating commercial opportunities. **What you will do:** * Prospect companies via phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels; * Research potential customers and identify companies aligned with our solutions; * Make initial contact and understand each company's context; * Introduce clickCompliance initially and spark interest among potential customers; * Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team; * Organize and track your prospecting activities; * Record information and interactions in the CRM; * Monitor your results and departmental KPIs; * Share insights with Commercial and Marketing teams to improve prospecting strategies. **What we seek:** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields, from the 4th semester onward; * Expected graduation starting July 2027; * Interest in building a career in outbound sales; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Comfort communicating by phone and establishing contact with new people; * Organization, initiative, and eagerness to learn; * Persistence when facing challenges and objections; * Proficiency in internet research and digital tools; * Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.); * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability for remote work. **Nice to have:** * Experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, or prospecting; * Intermediate or advanced Spanish proficiency; * Participation in Junior Enterprises, Entrepreneurship Leagues, or other academic projects; * Interest in the technology market and SaaS solutions. **What we offer:** * Internship stipend of R$ 1\.300,00; * Remote work allowance of R$ 150,00; * 100% remote work; * 6-hour daily schedule, Monday through Friday. * **Morning Shift**: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM **Here, you will gain direct exposure to the commercial operations of a technology company, learning hands\-on how to identify opportunities, build connections with potential customers, and support business growth.** Job type: Internship Compensation: R$1\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Internet allowance * Remote work Selection question(s): * What is your expected graduation year? * Which semester of your undergraduate program are you currently in?
