We value strong communication skills, friendliness, and teamwork. **Responsibilities and Duties** Greet and serve agency customers courteously, identify their needs, and direct them to the appropriate channel or responsible person; Assist with reservation processes for accommodations, equipment rentals, tours, and other services offered by the agency; Support the organization and documentation of reservations, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date; Provide assistance in clarifying inquiries regarding services, pricing, availability, and reservation terms; Assist in tracking requests and contacting suppliers and partners to confirm reservations; Contribute to organizing and updating records and files related to agency activities; Support the team in other administrative and operational tasks as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields; Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet); Strong communication skills; Interest in customer service and reservations; Availability for in-person internship.
