If you enjoy technology, infrastructure, and end-user support—and want to contribute to a solid, market-recognized company—this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with the IT department, maintaining direct contact with internal end users and, when necessary, external users; * Assist in organizing, controlling, and maintaining IT equipment (computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals); * Support the team in basic technical support activities under supervision; * Perform simple configuration and adjustment tasks on systems and workstations; * Assist in handling and prioritizing support tickets according to departmental guidelines; * Document processes, support interactions, asset inventories, and performed updates. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields; * Experience or knowledge of the Windows environment and Office 365; * Basic understanding of computer networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing); * Ability to assemble, maintain, and diagnose hardware; * Skill in documenting processes, support tickets, and IT asset inventories; * Basic familiarity with Cloud concepts will be considered a plus.
