Hardware Maintenance: Assist in preventive and corrective hardware maintenance, including computers, printers, and network devices. Software Maintenance: Participate in installation, updating, and maintenance of operating systems, applications, and corporate software. Network Configuration: Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Basic Monitoring: Learn to use monitoring tools to track infrastructure performance and identify issues.
