Here, you will not be purely operational—you will participate in decisions impacting people, organizational climate, and business results. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and support **Competency-Based Recruitment and Selection** processes * Conduct onboarding of new employees * Manage **Occupational Health and Safety Programs (PCMSO, LTCAT, and PPRA)** * Support and implement **Job Evaluation and Compensation** programs * Identify training needs in collaboration with managers * Support and monitor the **Individual Development Plan (IDP)** * Administer benefits in accordance with internal policies * Develop HR performance indicators * Organize employee records and personnel files * Conduct and analyze organizational climate surveys and propose improvements * Support internal events and integration initiatives * Ensure compliance with labor legislation * Manage and update HR information systems **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in **Administration, Human Resources**, or related fields * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in Personnel Administration and/or HR * Basic knowledge of Personnel Department routines * Familiarity with Labor and Social Security Legislation * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Strong organizational skills, methodical approach, and attention to detail Preferred: Experience in accounting firms or environments with structured processes. **Job Details:** * Work Model: **On-site** * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, **7:45 AM to 5:30 PM** (with 1-hour lunch break) * Salary: **R$ 2\.500,00** * Benefits: * Meal voucher (R$ 29.00 per day) * Day off * 10% contribution toward Unimed health plan You will directly contribute to strengthening organizational culture, developing people, and building processes that drive company growth.
