Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for recruitment, selection, hiring, termination, payroll, labor-related calculations, and tax reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of talents 2. End-to-end management of hiring and termination processes 3. Responsibility for payroll processing and labor-related calculations Recruitment and selection of talents, including resume screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees; Conducting employee hiring and termination procedures; Preparing and verifying payroll; Performing calculations for vacations, severance payments, and benefits; Monitoring labor legislation; Tax reporting and e-social compliance.
