OPEN POSITION IN IBIAPINA/CE: COMMERCIAL CONSULTANT (RETAIL SUPERMARKET SECTOR) If you are passionate about sales, skilled at negotiation, and familiar with the fast-paced environment of the food retail industry, this opportunity is for you! We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional to drive our growth in the region. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect new clients/partners and manage the active client portfolio. * Negotiate delivery terms, pricing, payment conditions, and product mix. * Analyze the local market, monitor retail trends and competition. * Develop strategies to increase average transaction value and improve client engagement. * Track sales targets and commercial performance indicators. * Conduct frequent field visits across the region. Requirements: * Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or Marketing is a plus). * Solid experience in commercial roles, preferably within supermarkets, wholesale, or food retail. * \*Valid driver's license (Class A or B) and availability for regional travel.\* * Excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and strong negotiation skills. * Proactive, resilient profile driven by goals.
