Job Summary: Support the Design team in creating, adapting, reviewing, and finalizing graphic materials for social and corporate events, ensuring visual quality and adherence to deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Support the creation and adaptation of printed and digital invitations for events. 2. Assist in developing the visual identity of events. 3. Safeguard the visual identity and quality standards of the Bisutti brand. **Job Objective** --------------------- Support the Design team in creating, adapting, reviewing, and finalizing invitations and graphic materials for social and corporate events, ensuring visual quality, organization, deadline compliance, and alignment with Bisutti’s excellence standards. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Support the creation and adaptation of printed and digital invitations for weddings, birthdays, graduations, and corporate events. * Assist in developing the visual identity of events, following each client’s concept, theme, and preferences. * Adjust texts, colors, images, fonts, sizes, and other graphic elements. + * Organize and update files, templates, images, fonts, and other materials used in projects. * Prepare and verify print-ready files, checking dimensions, margins, resolution, color modes, bleed, and formats. * Implement corrections and modifications requested by clients, responsible designers, or internal departments. * Support tracking of creation, approval, and production stages of materials. * Monitor deadlines and priorities, contributing to timely delivery aligned with event schedules. * Review digital and printed proofs prior to final approval. * Safeguard the visual identity and quality standards of the Bisutti brand. **Requirements** -------------- * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Advertising and Public Relations, Visual Arts, or related fields. * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of InDesign. * Knowledge of layout design, typography, visual composition, and image editing. * Familiarity with preparing and finalizing print-ready files. * Basic Microsoft Office suite proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Prior experience with invitations, custom stationery, or event visual identity. * Knowledge of graphic materials, paper types, and special finishing techniques. * Familiarity with high-end social events, weddings, and celebrations. * Experience in editing short videos and creating animated assets. * Experience with tools such as Canva, After Effects, or other creative platforms.
