Greet customers courteously and assist them as needed. Maintain a clean and organized environment, including counters, display cases, tables, and preparation areas. Restock supplies and materials such as cups, spoons, napkins, and ice cream. Support the team in various tasks to ensure efficient customer service. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as Maintenance Assistant, Cleaning Assistant, Kitchen Assistant, or General Services Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
