**Job Opening: Waiter** **Salary:** **R$ 2\.150,47 to R$ 2\.365,51 \+ BONUS** **Working Hours:** 5:00 AM to 1:20 PM **Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off — Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off. **Job Description** The **Waiter/Server** will be responsible for directly serving customers, presenting the menu, serving food and beverages, and ensuring courteous and efficient service. They will also assist in organizing the dining area, setting up tables, and supporting daily restaurant or buffet operations, maintaining the company’s standards of quality and hospitality. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet customers and escort them to their tables, present the menu, and clarify any questions; * Take and relay orders to relevant departments (kitchen and bar); * Serve food and beverages in accordance with service standards and procedures; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and restocking of items at tables and in the dining area; * Monitor customer satisfaction and respond courteously to additional requests; * Set up and clear tables before and after service; * Support events and buffet services, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow; * Maintain personal appearance and comply with hygiene and food safety regulations; * Assist with bill settlement and consumption tracking when required. **Benefits** * Basic Food Basket * Dental Care Plan * Medical Care Plan * Life Insurance * Workplace Gymnastics * English Classes * Transportation Allowance * Psychoanalytic Therapy * Free Parking * Birthday Day Off **Requirements** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience as a waiter, server, or in customer-facing roles; * Knowledge of customer service techniques and etiquette, and food and beverage handling; * Strong communication skills, friendliness, agility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team; * Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and special events. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in hotels, buffets, or corporate events; * Completion of a Customer Service or Restaurant Service Techniques course (a plus); * Basic knowledge of wines, beverages, and tray handling; * Ability to interact effectively with the public while maintaining a professional demeanor.
