Job Summary: We are seeking a Florist to work at a florist kiosk, specializing in floral arrangements, customer service with emphasis on experience and delight, and consultative sales. Consultative sales of flowers and products **Position: Florist – Florist Kiosk** * Jardim Guedala / Morumbi – SP (New shopping center) We are hiring 2 Florists to work at a florist kiosk serving high-end customers, located in Jardim Guedala, near Butantã, Morumbi, and surrounding areas. The shopping center experiences high foot traffic and has three adjacent commercial buildings. **Working Hours:** * Shift 1: 9:40 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) * Shift 2: 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM (1-hour lunch break) * Sundays: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM * Rotating days off **Compensation:** * Salary: R$ 2.500,00 * Meal voucher: R$ 30.00/day * Transportation voucher **Responsibilities:** * Floral arrangement and bouquet assembly * Customer service focused on experience and delight * Consultative sales of flowers and kiosk products * Kiosk organization, cleaning, and restocking * Proper handling and preservation of flowers * Local small-scale deliveries * Support for daily operational routines **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a florist (mandatory or strong advantage) * Proactive, meticulous, and communicative personality * Easy access to Jardim Guedala / Morumbi * Affinity for serving high-end customers * Interest in manual work and delicate products Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Transportation voucher * Commissions
