Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliation, and providing financial support to executive management. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for monitoring expenditures and available resources, processing bill and tax payments, collecting from customers, recording payments in the system, communicating with customers regarding collections and negotiation attempts for payment agreements. Monitoring accounting entries related to finance. Maintain the system up-to-date and ensure the accounting system is fed with relevant document information. * Accounts Payable: Enter and verify information in the system, execute payments via banking system or cash, verify documents for payments (contracts, invoices, authorizations), communicate with suppliers to negotiate payment terms and conditions. * Review and analyze withholding taxes related to payable invoices; * Accounts Receivable: Issue invoices or deposit authorizations, contact customers, perform collections; * Perform bank reconciliation, record payments in the accounts payable and receivable system, and conduct daily entries and verifications; * Monitor credits and debits with customers and suppliers and manage related system transactions; * Send and receive documents pertaining to the finance department to accounting; * Issue payment orders and transmit payment files via banking system; * Assist in developing finance department procedures and work instructions when required; * Verify travel expense reports for reimbursement, among other financial reports. * Archive administrative and financial department documents; * Provide support to executive management and perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
