Expedition Leader CITY(IES) OF OPERATION: Valinhos/SP Salary: R$3300.00 Benefits: Meal Allowance: R$ 420.00 Fuel Assistance: R$ 250.00 (with no 6% deduction) or Transportation Allowance (with 6% deduction if residing in Valinhos) Breakfast at the company TotalPass Attendance Bonus Profit Sharing (PLR) Dental Plan (after probation period) Pharmacy Assistance RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate and supervise expedition activities, assigning tasks, monitoring team performance, and planning routines for order picking, verification, and loading. * Ensure order verification, receipt of goods, proper packaging, identification and organization of items, as well as manual loading and unloading of trucks. * Schedule truck departures and routing, monitor physical expedition inventory, maintain sector organization and safety, and report operational incidents to management. REQUIREMENTS: * Reside in Valinhos – SP, or in neighborhoods bordering Campinas or Vinhedo with easy access to the Vale Verde neighborhood. * Proven experience as an expedition supervisor or leader, or in cargo loading/unloading.
