We are looking for an **Account Executive** to join our sales and business development team at **The Westin São Paulo**. The professional will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business relationships with strategic clients, driving hotel occupancy, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Customer Management:** Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies, ensuring customer loyalty and continuous growth of the client base.
* **Prospecting and Sales:** Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio. Conduct proactive prospecting via site visits, phone calls, and e\-mails.
* **Negotiation and Closing:** Negotiate accommodation rates and packages based on client needs, always seeking mutually beneficial solutions.
* **Performance Tracking:** Monitor the performance of accounts under responsibility, analyze sales reports, and propose strategies to meet or exceed established targets.
* **Events and Groups:** Coordinate the sale of events and group bookings, offering customized services for each client—from reservation through post\-event follow-up.
* **Market Analysis:** Conduct research to identify market trends and adapt sales strategies as needed.
* **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with internal teams—including Marketing, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Operations—to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
**Requirements:**
* Prior sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury or corporate hotels.
* Strong negotiation and effective communication skills.
* Knowledge of the tourism and events market.
* English fluency (preferred).
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
* Proactivity, organization, and results orientation.
