**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a 2-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the executive board’s schedule, organizing appointments, meetings, business trips, and daily strategic priorities; * Plan, organize, and follow up on internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment of schedules, materials, and required support; * Prepare reports, presentations, minutes, and executive documents; * Manage documents, contracts, and confidential information, ensuring organization and confidentiality; * Provide reception and support to executives, clients, suppliers, and internal departments; * Act as the liaison between the executive board and other company departments, facilitating communication and demand flow; * Organize corporate travel, including reservations, itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and expense reporting; * Conduct follow-up on tasks, pending items, and commitments defined during meetings; * Support the organization of corporate events, institutional meetings, and internal initiatives; * Manage correspondence, e-mails, and administrative documents; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and executive processes. **Requirements:** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Executive Secretariat, Business Administration, Communications, Business Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in executive assistance, secretarial roles, or leadership support; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Experience organizing executive schedules, meetings, corporate travel, and administrative routines; * Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools such as Teams, shared calendars, and corporate platforms; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Organized, proactive, discreet, and time-management-oriented profile; * Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously; * Experience supporting senior management and executive boards is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and planning; * Discretion and confidentiality; * Emotional intelligence; * Agility and proactivity; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Assertive communication; * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. **Benefits:** Disclosed during the interview
