Operational responsibility and physical effort in daily work ***ENVIRONMENTAL TEAM LEADER POSITION*** We are seeking a committed, proactive professional with leadership capabilities to join our environmental operations team. We are looking for someone who can lead teams, organize daily tasks, and actively support the team in hands-on work when required. External operations at company condominiums and clients *Main Responsibilities:* * Operate vacuum trucks — **DRIVER'S LICENSE CATEGORY D IS MANDATORY** * Organize and schedule daily service activities * Lead and supervise operational teams * Perform grease trap cleaning (manual and vacuum-based) * Perform water tank cleaning * Support landscaping services * Conduct general pest control * Ensure quality, organization, and completion of operational tasks * Conduct technical visits to assess service performance *Compensation:* Base salary: R$ 1.862,48 Leadership allowance (20%): R$ 372,49 Additional role allowance: R$ 223,51 Hazard pay (30%): R$ 558,74 Meal voucher: R$ 31.34 per day Attendance bonus: R$ 200.00 Transportation voucher Total-Pass Medical assistance via Cartão de Todos network after 3 months. CLT employment contract — formal registration *Requirements:* **DRIVER'S LICENSE CATEGORY D IS MANDATORY** * Experience leading operational teams * Practical experience in the operational activities of this role * Responsible, organized profile with strong sense of urgency * Availability for external assignments * Commitment and effective communication skills with both team members and clients This position requires physical effort, operational responsibility, and active daily leadership. We seek a candidate with genuine hands-on experience in the sector and willingness to accompany the team in the field.
