MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Pedagogical, administrative, and operational management of the school unit * Supervision of the pedagogical and administrative team * Development and monitoring of educational projects * Communication with parents, students, and staff * Organization of school routines, processes, and performance indicators * Ensuring compliance with educational and institutional regulations * Participation in meetings, events, and strategic initiatives of the unit REQUIREMENTS * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy or related fields * Experience in school management * Strong communication skills, leadership, and organizational ability * Aptitude for decision-making and conflict resolution * Knowledge of pedagogical and administrative routines ADDITIONAL ASSETS * Postgraduate degree in School Management or related areas * Experience coordinating teams * Familiarity with school management systems and educational indicators ⏰ Working hours: Full-time Work location: On-site
