Pedro II, 329 \- São Cristóvão, Rio de Janeiro \- RJ, 20941\-070** **What We Expect From You:** * Design and implement best practices for micro\-services, containers, monitoring, high availability, continuous deployment and integration, debugging, and observability; * Apply solutions for infrastructure automation in cloud and on\-premise environments; * Document environment procedures and configurations; * Resolve issues across environments, services, and different layers of the stack; * Promote best practices for development and deployment in containerized environments (Kubernetes); * Continuously promote improvements in quality, security, and performance of environments; * Improve procedures, analyze new tools and methodologies for implementing and delivering company services and solutions; * Maximize automation, scalability, and availability of development and production environments; * Ensure appropriate responses to all incidents and instabilities affecting development and production environments and services; * Continuously update software used in the development process by analyzing version upgrade requirements and fixing potential flaws in earlier versions across environments—contributing to security assurance and ongoing performance improvement of company-provided solutions; * Maintain and disseminate GitOps and DevSecOps culture across the company; * Apply solutions and improvements to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools. **Minimum Requirements:** * Experience with Linux operating systems (Debian/Ubuntu or RHEL/CentOS); * Experience provisioning infrastructure as code using Ansible and Terraform; * Experience with GitOps and DevSecOps; * Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools; * Experience with monitoring services and alert management; * Experience with Rancher; * Experience with K8s and K3s; * Experience with scalability and availability strategies. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with relational SQL databases (PostgreSQL); * Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, Route 53, EFS, EKS, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudFront); * Experience with on\-premise container environments using VMware; * Experience with GitLab CI/CD and GitOps; * Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Alertmanager; * Experience with Ingress/Nginx and Cert-Manager; * Experience with service\-mesh tools/services (e.g., Linkerd, Istio); * Experience with Active Directory/LDAP, user/group/permission management (RBAC); * Experience managing NFS servers and Object Storage (MinIO). **Benefits of Joining Our \#BryTecTeam:** * Development Allowance (after probation period) * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Flexible working hours * Career development plan * Meal/voucher allowance * Transportation allowance or Mobility Assistance * GoGood \+ Conexa * Birthday Day Off If this opportunity resonates with you, we’d be thrilled to welcome you to Bry! **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** Rio de Janeiro, RJ, BR Full-time CLT Hybrid
