Job Summary: We are seeking an agile and organized Design Assistant to support the execution of creative materials for entertainment clients, working in partnership with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Develop creative projects collaboratively **What We Are Looking For:** We seek a candidate to work as a Design Assistant—agile and organized—with solid technical foundations and willingness to roll up their sleeves daily, supporting the execution of creative materials for entertainment clients, always in partnership with the team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute and adapt social media assets (images and videos) based on predefined layouts and briefings; * Support the creation of static and animated banners for digital media campaigns; * Assist client service by performing requested adjustments, revisions, and deliveries; * Develop presentations focused on visual organization and application of existing brand identity; * Perform technical video adjustments, such as adding or removing title cards and subtitles; * Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing references and visual ideas; * Support the development and execution of the team’s creative projects. **Who Is the Candidate?** * Knowledge of social media languages and formats; * Agile, dynamic, and able to respond urgently; * Creative with strong ideas; * Capable of teamwork and excellent communication; * Autonomous and proactive. **Required Qualifications:** * Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere; * PowerPoint and Google Slides; * Knowledge of motion graphics. **Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory):** After Effects and Media Encoder; InDesign, 3D, HTML, Figma. **What To Expect From Us:** * Internet allowance of R$ 100.00 (we operate in a hybrid model with in-person interactions whenever necessary); * Flash Card (Meal and Food Allowance) \- R$ 46.00 per business day; * SulAmérica health insurance plan with a 20% monthly discount; * SulAmérica dental insurance plan with a R$ 1.00 monthly discount; * Gym membership via Wellhub (Gympass); * Birthday day off; * SESC network benefits; * Course incentive policy; * Partnership with FGV; * Partnership with ESALQ/USP; * Semiannual performance evaluations.
