Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Analyst/Developer to configure, customize, and evolve the Salesforce environment, as well as develop integrations with other organizational systems. The professional will work on medium-to-high complexity projects, providing technical contributions and supporting platform architecture decisions. **Responsibilities:** * Configure and customize the Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or other clouds as relevant to the business context) * Develop solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulable, queueable) * Build components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Components * Design and maintain Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative automations * Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems via REST/SOAP API, Platform Events, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft or similar) * Perform data modeling, define objects, fields, relationships, and validation rules * Manage profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules * Execute deployments using CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Azure DevOps, SFDX/CLI) * Write unit tests (Apex Test Classes) to ensure code coverage and quality * Conduct troubleshooting, performance analysis, and production incident resolution * Participate in requirements gathering and propose technical solutions aligned with platform best practices * Perform code reviews and provide technical support to less-experienced developers * Document developed architecture, processes, and integrations **Requirements:** * Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC/Aura) * Experience integrating systems via REST/SOAP API and middleware tools * Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud configuration/customization * Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL for data manipulation * Experience with version control tools (Git) and deployment tools (SFDX, Gearset, Copado, or similar) * Knowledge of code governance and architectural best practices (Governor Limits, Design Patterns) * Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I is mandatory; Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect are preferred) * Technical English proficiency for reading documentation **Desired Competencies:** * Analytical mindset and ability to propose scalable solutions * Autonomy to lead end-to-end delivery of complex features * Strong communication skills with business units and cross-functional teams * Mentoring and technical support for junior/mid-level developers **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with other clouds in the ecosystem (Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ) * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Experience in multi-org architecture projects or complex integrations ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Corporate
