Join us!** Responsibilities and Duties * Write clean, readable, and testable code aligned with the reference architecture, avoiding duplication and breaking existing interfaces; * Consistently and autonomously deliver tasks; * Provide feedback and propose improvements to the team’s workflow; * Actively participate in designing technical solutions; * Proactively support less experienced developers by providing synchronous feedback (pair programming) or asynchronous feedback (code review); * Contribute to technical documentation according to defined standards; Skills and Prerequisites * Interest/Knowledge in Golang; Experience with Node/PHP; * Experience developing event-driven applications; * Experience developing/integrating RESTful APIs; * Experience with Docker and Git; * Experience with relational databases (MySQL/Postgres); * Experience with non-relational databases (MongoDB); * Knowledge of software development best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, Code Review, DDD, Design Patterns) and secure development; * Experience with automated testing; Profile We Seek: * Enjoy challenges; * Multidisciplinary mindset, willing to challenge yourself beyond development into other areas; * Ability to work autonomously and proactively; * Self-taught and committed to continuous improvement; Bonus Qualifications: * Experience optimizing application performance and resolving bottlenecks. * Knowledge of observability tools (APM, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, etc); * Prior experience developing in the banking context.
