Ensuring a positive customer experience **JOB: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / SALES ASSOCIATE – JUNDIAÍ SHOPPING** Fluffy Point is looking for communicative, proactive individuals with a strong drive for growth and passion for the geek universe to join our team. **Work Location** Jundiaí Shopping – Jundiaí/SP **About the Role** * Customer service and sales at the kiosk/store * Product organization and stock replenishment * Support in achieving commercial goals and initiatives * Ensuring a positive customer experience **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Interest in the geek universe (Pokémon, Harry Potter, Naruto, etc.) * Flexible availability (6x1 rotating schedule) **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 2.115,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 412.50/month * Transportation allowance (as needed) * Bonus for achieving targets **Work Schedule** * 6x1 rotating schedule * Shifts alternate every two months If you identify with this role and are eager to grow, send us your resume and join our team.
