Proactive profile with willingness to perform operational routines We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join one of the largest food service chains in Brazil, renowned for its quality, standardization, and excellence in customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Courteous and efficient counter customer service; * Preparation of beverages and food items (coffee, açaí, sandwiches, etc.); * Cash register operation (receipts); * Workplace organization and cleaning; * Restocking and receiving merchandise; * Basic inventory control support; * Order assembly, verification, and packaging (counter and delivery); * Compliance with franchise operational standards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor in customer service; * Basic computer literacy; * Availability to work on a 12x36 rotating shift schedule; * Proactive profile with willingness to perform operational routines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in customer service or fast-food environments; * Experience in standardized process environments; * Experience with delivery platforms (iFood, 99, or similar). **Job Details:** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * Location: Laranjeiras – Rio de Janeiro/RJ * Shift schedule: 12x36 * Working hours: 7:30 AM–7:30 PM or 8:00 AM–8:00 PM * Salary: R$ 1.813,45 **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (R$ 170.00/month); * Attendance bonus; * Weekly and monthly team performance bonuses. **About the Company:** O Rei do Mate was founded in the 1970s with an innovative concept and is now one of the largest food service chains in Brazil.
