Promoting quality of life, autonomy, and active social engagement **Job Description – Caregiver (1\)** **Location:** Assisted Living Facility for the Elderly **Address:** Cedral/SP **Employment Type:** Permanent / CLT **Shifts:** To be determined \- Long-term care facility for the elderly (LTCF) that combines **humanized care, comfort, and well\-being** for its residents. Located in a peaceful environment surrounded by nature, its mission is to promote **quality of life, autonomy, and active social engagement for the elderly**, supported by a **trained, attentive team committed to respecting the individuality** of each resident. **Main Responsibilities** ✔ Accompany and assist elderly residents with daily activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meals; ✔ Provide emotional support, welcoming companionship, and social interaction; ✔ Encourage residents’ participation in recreational, social, and wellness activities; ✔ Monitor residents’ behavior, health status, and needs, promptly reporting any concerns to management; ✔ Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care; ✔ Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents. **Requirements** ✔ Completed high school education (training or courses in elderly care are desirable); ✔ Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills; ✔ Responsibility and teamwork orientation; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.830,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care coverage * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
