Surf Center is seeking a creative, strategic, and communication-passionate individual to join our marketing team as a Copywriter. We are looking for someone who can transform ideas into compelling texts that foster connection, desire, and results—from commercial campaigns to brand experiences, events, and member engagement. Key responsibilities: \* Writing social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, campaigns, and launches) \* Creating strategic captions and copy for commercial campaigns \* Developing email marketing, WhatsApp, and internal communication texts \* Supporting the creation of scripts for videos, events, and brand activations \* Writing institutional materials, presentations, and positioning content \* Crafting copy for product launches, grand openings, and exclusive brand experiences \* Ensuring consistency in Surf Center’s tone of voice and brand positioning What we’re looking for: \* Excellent writing skills and mastery of the Portuguese language \* Creativity and broad knowledge to build brand narratives \* Organized, agile profile with strong demand management skills \* Strategic mindset focused on marketing and customer experience \* Ability to adapt easily to diverse formats and audiences \* Prior experience in advertising copywriting, marketing, or content creation \* Preferred: Experience working with premium, lifestyle, sports, or hospitality brands Work model: \* On-site / PJ contract \* Curitiba/PR About Surf Center More than a surf club, we are an ecosystem of experiences connecting sport, lifestyle, business, and relationships.
