Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and performance-focused copywriter to develop CRM and growth content, optimize conversions across multiple channels, and build end-to-end customer journeys. This person will be responsible for developing CRM and growth content, directly contributing to journey design and conversion optimization across various channels. **Key Responsibilities:** * Writing copy for CRM channels (e\-mail, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app messages); * Developing communication sequences and relationship journeys; * Writing copy for acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation campaigns; * Scriptwriting for short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Ads); * Supporting promotional campaign development and growth initiatives; * Data-driven communication testing and optimization (A/B testing); * Ensuring voice consistency across all touchpoints; Requirements: **Prerequisites:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields; * Experience writing CRM copy (e\-mail marketing, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app messages); * Conversion-oriented writing (CTAs, psychological triggers, A/B testing); * Knowledge of customer journeys and marketing funnels; * Experience scripting short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Ads); * Understanding of branding and voice consistency; Benefits **What We Offer:** * Paid leave (after 12 months); * On-site cafeteria; * Annual salary adjustment; * Health insurance; * Total Pass; * PPR (annual bonus); * Corporate University (21,000+ professional development courses).
