We seek a professional with proven experience in the field, strong technical skills, and a focus on creating delicious and innovative dishes. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in gastronomy or have equivalent experience, with a minimum of two years in similar roles. It is essential that the cook possess knowledge of cooking techniques, including preparation of both traditional and modern dishes, as well as a deep understanding of ingredients and preparation methods. The cook's primary responsibility will be ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes served to customers, collaborating closely with the production team and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety. The candidate must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be willing to learn and adapt\-to emerging culinary trends. In addition to technical skills, we seek someone with a positive attitude, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team.
