Ensure the quality of food items in the area by checking expiration dates and storage conditions. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy (completed or in progress) is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation, and packaging; familiarity with and ability to apply good practices in food handling and personal hygiene; knowledge of and ability to apply good food safety practices.
