Work environment that values hygiene and effective communication **Batata Premium** is hiring a **Cook** for Ribeirão Preto with the following profile: If you are a task-focused, communicative, organized, attentive professional who can work effectively under pressure, this is your opportunity! **Requirements to participate in the selection process:** Availability to work onsite in Ribeirão Preto; Experience as a cook and proficiency in food handling; Knowledge of good hygiene and food safety practices; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and professional demeanor; A profile that adheres to rules, processes, and company culture; Flexibility and availability regarding working hours; **Preferred qualifications (not mandatory):** Valid driver's license and personal vehicle; Experience in restaurants and general kitchen operations; **Main responsibilities:** Carry out all stages of food preparation, assembly, finishing, and organization, ensuring compliance with the company’s defined quality, hygiene, and presentation standards; Properly store food items in freezers and refrigerators according to food safety standards; Conduct and verify weekly inventory control and counting; Inspect incoming goods upon receipt; Clean, maintain, and organize the work environment; Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members to support smooth workplace operations; Follow technical sheets, recipes, and check\-lists; Perform other duties relevant to the position. **Compensation and schedule:** CLT employment contract **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break, plus one day off per week. Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Sundays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Rotating 6x1 schedule.
