· Organize production and sample delivery schedules, prioritizing based on urgency. * Ensure sample requests are executed within established deadlines. * Enter up-to-date information regarding orders and deliveries into the system. * Maintain the sample department organized, clean, and functional. * Ensure proper storage of supplies, raw materials, and tools. * Develop new products according to order demand. * Research and test new raw materials applicable to cementitious flooring. * Participate in defining production processes and finishes. * Prospect and develop new suppliers of raw materials and supplies. * Support cost, quality, and material feasibility analysis. * Populate technical spreadsheets with development data: raw material origin, cost, manufacturing process, finish, weight, among others. * Guarantee traceability and historical records for each development performed. * Prepare weekly reports on the department's activity progress. * Present figures, spreadsheets, and charts for management monitoring and analysis. * Comply with environmental requirements relevant to assigned activities.
