**Job Type**: In-person CLT **Location**: Conj. Res. Butantã, São Paulo \- SP **Working Hours**: 44 hours per week \- Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (occasional Saturdays, with a daily bonus of R$150.00) **Education Requirement**: Completed elementary school *The Construction Helper will be responsible for supporting daily construction activities, loading and unloading trucks, assisting with foundation work and soil decontamination, ensuring site organization, material delivery, and performing tasks under the supervision of foremen, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and safety.* *The company provides comprehensive training; therefore, prior experience is not required — what matters most is willingness, responsibility, and motivation to grow.* **Requirements**: \- No prior experience required; \- Commitment to working hours and workplace discipline; \- Availability to travel (fieldwork in other regions of São Paulo state) **Responsibilities:** \- Loading and unloading of materials (cement, sand, drums, etc.). \- Performing physically demanding tasks requiring agility and stamina. **Salary**: R$ 1\.890,24 \+ 30% hazard pay **Benefits**: \- Transportation allowance, \- Basic food basket \- R$ 151.90/month \- Meal voucher \- R$ 21.80/day \- Dental assistance \- R$ 27.00/month Payment: R$1\.890,24 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Workplace: In-person
