Job Summary: This professional will assist masons, prepare materials, support formwork and shuttering operations, perform infrastructure tasks, and maintain site organization while complying with safety and quality standards. Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the worksite Prepare mortar mixes and concrete proportions, assist masons in daily tasks, support reinforcement bar assembly and formwork installation, carry out infrastructure work (excavations, ducts, and grass planting), and maintain cleanliness and organization across construction areas. Participate in training sessions, comply with safety regulations, protect the environment, and collaborate on health, quality, and continuous improvement practices in accordance with company policies.
