Years of tradition and partnerships enable us to maintain an exemplary operational model without losing our essence. ***Your journey to success starts here!*** **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the consortium sales operators team; * Monitor performance indicators and individual/collective targets; * Conduct training sessions, alignment meetings, and results follow-ups; * Support the team in negotiations and sales closing; * Develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns; * Ensure compliance with internal processes and company policies; * Prepare managerial reports and provide accountability to the commercial management.
