Monitor product expiration dates and ensure proper storage. Assist in developing new products and recipes. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Bakery Assistant, Cake Decorator, or Pâtissier may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
