Job Summary: A confectionery professional responsible for preparing, producing, and finishing doughs, fillings, toppings, and desserts, ensuring organization and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Supports the production of cakes, pies, sweets, and other confectionery items. 2. Performs ingredient pre-preparation and assists in product finishing. 3. Maintains organization and hygiene of the environment and equipment. Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, toppings, and desserts in general; Support the production of cakes, pies, sweets, and other confectionery items; Perform ingredient pre-preparation (weighing, sorting, and organizing); Assist in product finishing and assembly; Maintain organization and hygiene of the workplace, equipment, and utensils; Monitor food expiration dates and proper storage; Follow food safety regulations and good handling practices; Support the team according to production demands.
