As a Commercial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing sales closed by consultants—reviewing pricing according to the established price list, verifying negotiated terms within the autonomy defined by the price list, confirming whether the development or unit is properly approved for sale, and ensuring that the proposed payment schedule and terms comply with internal processes. You will organize all required documentation for sale approval, verifying completeness. You will forward and track documentation to the Legal and Credit departments for review and finalization; in case of pending items, you will analyze and propose solutions. You will also conduct sales data collection and analysis to provide insights to the commercial and executive teams. If this profile resonates with you, take a look at what we have to offer! **Responsibilities and Duties** Update the sales price list for developments in Excel (prices, dates, deadlines), based on the INCC index for the following two months, and update its status in SYS. Contract verification: check signatures and required documentation for sale finalization prior to submission to Ribeirão; additionally, monitor contract progress until finalization. Perform SYS/MEGA integration and issue fast deposit slips for the down payment upon sale completion. Calculate commissions owed to partner real estate agencies based on customer payments and request invoices (NF) to process payments. Gather and analyze competitor information (projects, price lists) through market monitoring to understand competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, enabling future action planning and competitive advantage building. Prepare monthly reports for senior management (VSO, VGV, Customer Service, etc.) in Excel spreadsheets for sales information tracking. Maintain departmental KPIs by collecting and analyzing relevant data to measure outcomes and improve performance. Collaborate with the Head Office Collections team to develop new initiatives aimed at reducing delinquency rates in the Ribeirão Preto and Metropolitan Region portfolio. Collaborate with the Regional and Head Office Commercial teams to develop new initiatives supporting customers interested in obtaining real estate credit for residential financing. Guide and support junior Analysts and Assistants in their tasks whenever requested.
