CNC Machine Operator

Description

Operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, performing adjustments, setup, and monitoring of the machining process for metal or similar parts. Interpret technical drawings, measure produced parts, control operational parameters, and ensure process quality and productivity, in compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. Key Responsibilities * Operate CNC lathes, milling machines, and machining centers; * Perform basic machine setup and adjustments; * Interpret technical drawings and production orders; * Conduct measurements using metrology instruments; * Monitor manufacturing processes and part quality; * Identify faults and report maintenance requirements; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness; * Comply with safety and quality standards. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Training in CNC Operation or related fields; * Knowledge of technical drawing reading and interpretation; * Basic knowledge of metrology; * Prior experience in this role is preferred.
