**Desired Knowledge and Skills:**
Technical Competencies:
* Perform complete CNC lathe setup, including machine preparation, tool selection and mounting, insert replacement, workpiece clamping, and zeroing—ensuring precision and productivity.
* Prepare, program, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc and/or Siemens controls.
* Make dimensional corrections, offset adjustments, tool compensation, and minor program modifications directly on the control panel using G and M codes.
* Interpret mechanical technical drawings and strictly comply with dimensional and geometric specifications.
* Possess metrology expertise, utilizing instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and profile projectors to meet required tolerances.
* Monitor part quality during production, identifying and correcting deviations during the machining process.
* Maintain machines, tools, and workplace organization, adhering to safety regulations.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Completed high school education.
* Technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Machining, or related fields.
* Training courses in CNC Machine Programming and Operation (e.g., SENAI or equivalent institution).
* Prior experience in CNC machining centers or milling machines.
* Familiarity with FANUC/SIEMENS codes.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
* Proficiency with measuring instruments: Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Inside Micrometer, Dial Indicator, and Renishaw Probe.
* Availability to work overtime when necessary.
Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT)
Compensation: R$3.500,00 – R$4.300,00 per month
