Focus on goals, conversion, and results **JOB: Closer** A company specializing in domestic and international nautical tourism, currently in an expansion phase, seeks a professional to strategically manage the sales closing stage—leading negotiations and converting opportunities into signed contracts. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Conduct online commercial meetings with qualified leads * Present nautical tourism solutions and experiences in a consultative and strategic manner * Conduct negotiations and manage the contract closing process * Execute structured follow-ups throughout the sales funnel * Update and manage information in the CRM * Maintain focus on goals, conversion, and results * Clearly align expectations, timelines, and commercial terms * Contribute to improvements in commercial and closing processes **Expected Profile** * Proven experience in sales closing * Solid experience conducting online commercial meetings * Strong skills in argumentation, negotiation, and persuasion * Experience with CRM, pipeline management, and follow-ups * Strategic, agile, and results-oriented profile * Excellent verbal and written communication * Commitment, organization, and sense of responsibility * Fluent English for negotiation and client service * Interest in growing alongside an expanding company Location: Pinheiros | São Paulo Work Model: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday | Business hours Employment Type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) Compensation: BRL 4,000.00 + commission + BRL 500.00 food allowance + transportation voucher ✨ If you have a strong commercial profile, enjoy negotiating and closing contracts, and want to be part of a growing project in the nautical tourism market, this opportunity could be your next challenge.
